Pre Wedding Day:

Meet to discuss the details of your wedding and to collect a copy of all contracts.
Meet before your wedding day at the Reception Site to discuss set up details and to design a floor plan.
Make a personalized wedding day timeline to distribute to you, your groom, and vendors.
Call or meet all contracted vendors to ensure proper information for your day.
Assist with contracting no more than one other vendor if needed for planning of wedding.
If necessary begin decorating and pre set up for wedding before wedding day.

Rehearsal:

Direct Rehearsal that includes coordinating processional and recessional of ceremony for a maximum of 2 hours.
**(If site provides a person to facilitate the rehearsal, we’ll sit as observers to ensure that you and the wedding party are well taken care of).
Collect all ceremony and reception accessories including final disbursement and gratuity envelopes for vendors in a sealed envelope.
Distribute abridged wedding timeline to wedding party, so that they will know where and when to be in certain places for ceremony, reception, pictures, etc….
